How I roll. 

I believe in the power of design. No matter the shape or flavour it comes in. Design has the transformational power, but most importantly it works as a magical glue bringing people together. 

If we're to work together, I'd like to have a seat at the strategy table - as the Lean Startup guys say. So no lipstick-on-a-pig, no UX wonders or sprinkling fairy dust on broken products. 

Get me and fellow designers in as early as possible and then, we can build something awesome. Together.

I believe in the Double Diamond  and the interplay between People and Play. People are what drives the process, they have to be treated as co-creators and above all people, not targets. Play is the way to engage and keep everybody happy.
